I lived at Kendall park for 2 years and really loved it! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Any maintenance problem I ever had was resolved very quickly. The buildings are kept very clean and tidy as well. I would highly recommend living here!

Jimmy from maintenance was very quick and quiet while I had a business virtual meeting. Good job

Great community and living space with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Amy and Maia are very prompt with answering questions and ensuring that you are taken care of. Jimmy has been fantastic in promptly taking care of any maintenance concerns. Veronica also has maintained the gym area very well. Would definitely recommend Kendall Park to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

I just recently moved here and I love my experience here. Amy and Maia are great, and are always there to help when you need it. Veronica the housekeeper does an amazing job and is always so friendly.

I relocated to Kendall Park a month ago, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my time here. The manager, Amy, is incredibly kind and always ready to assist with any needs. Maia, the front desk attendant, is highly knowledgeable and executes her role and responsibilities. Veronica, the housekeeper, is extremely friendly, making every encounter a delight. Thanks to these wonderful individuals, my experience here has been exceptional, and I've truly found my home away from home as an Ohio State student.

I am in love with this place! Just moved in a week or so ago and I don't regret it. Amy the manager helped us so much that we had a smooth move in(: The maintenance tech Jimmy took care of all my move in check list work orders in one day, just wasn't expecting it! And the housekeeper Veronica keeps the clubhouse and common areas so clean. All the employees that work at this property go all out for their residents and they are truly appreciated, thank you all for your hard work and dedications for your resident.

My wife and I moved in seven months ago and I can’t say enough good things about Kendall Park! From the beautiful suites, the ample amenities, the monthly resident events, to the attentive staff (the manager, Amy, and the maintenance technician, Jimmy, are outstanding) I haven’t a single complaint. Oh, and they’re pet friendly too!

These apartments have provided an excellent service. Since the very beginning of our movement process Amy, Maia and the team have been very helpful, resourceful and accommodating. Whichever concern we have, they are there to support and find solutions for them. We are very grateful to have moved into such a special and thoughtful place for our home. Thank you guys so much. We have no regrets. 100% recommend.

I’m in the new building, Kendall Park Too, that just opened up a couple months ago. I’ve only been here for about a week and a half now but I absolutely love it! Great community and amenities, everyone is super nice and it’s in a great location. The suites are all brand new and look great, and include great appliances as well. 100% recommend.

Kendall Park is such a great community to live! The landscaping makes the outside beautiful and the apartments themselves have the prettiest finishes and appliances. I never hear my neighbors which is a relief after living in my last place. Parking is free which is awesome too. I’ve only lived here for a couple of weeks but I know I’ll love it here for years!

Moved into Kendal a few months ago and so far its been great. The staff worked closely with me on accommodating my move-in needs and made sure things were set up for me. I love the location of my apartment and although I dont know my neighbors yet I love the fact that they are pretty quiet. The monthly resident events are a plus!!!!!!!!

I lived in Kendall Park bldg 1015 in a 2 bedroom from 2017-2019 and then moved to a one bedroom in bldg 993 from 2019-2020. I also rented a garage there. It was such a blessing to find this place while going through my divorce. I loved how all of the apt’s finishings were coordinated. Both of my apts had side windows and/or balconies near both the railroad and crossfit place. After a few weeks and moving my bed to the opposite wall, I became desensitized to the trains and they didn’t bother me after that. Mgmt and Maintenance were always speedy. It was a great location too. I have always been a renter and this was the best apt complex I have ever lived in over the last 20 years. I was really bummed when I had to move out of state in 2020.

Recently just moved in. The layout of rooms is exactly what I am looking for, also it’s convenient to shop and find restaurants, I quite enjoy to live here.

The apartment are beautiful and the staff is amazing!! Never any problems the area is quite and staff are always on it when needed. I definitely recommend Kendall park apartment to anyone looking to live well! There are so many amenities and always give good vibes when entering through . I Loveeeeee my suite. Stormi and Kelli were extremely welcoming, allowed me to seek comfortability less than 2 days!!! Phenomenal environment, and offer exclusive amenities. I would highly recommend Kendall Park to accommodate your “preference of living”.

My roommate and I have lived in Kendall Park for a month now, throughout the moving process the staff was very very kind. They’re extremely helpful(: the new leasing agent Stormie is amazing!!!!!!😁

My best friend and I just moved in in October and the staff has been super helpful. Any questions we’ve had or maintenance request were taken care of quickly and everyone is so friendly. I’m excited for the next year living here, the neighborhood feels safe and the neighbors are respectful and quiet.

My wife and I have lived in Kendall Park going on 4 years now, close to when the apartments first opened. We love the location, that we are not on a loud major road, but are still close to all of the stores and restaurants we would need. We love the social park with a grill and gas fire pit. We have not had many issues or maintenance needs while we have been here, but the staff and maintenance crew have always been helpful and friendly when needed. It is also great having a pet friendly community!

I have lived here since they opened! They are clean, respond to issues quickly, check in often and it's a great location! Quick to 315 and so many great restaurants around (bonus: best beer store in Cbus nextdoor). Clean community and would highly recommend living here.

I lived at Kendall Park for over a year and have loved living here. I feel safe and comfortable, plus they are always so responsive to work orders. I appreciate that they have a have manager on site 24/7 for noise complaints or emergency work orders.

I have lived here for more than 4 1/2 years and I love it! This is an amazing apartment community. The staff is spectacular and responds very quickly. The apartment community is well-maintained, with friendly people, and has monthly events. The location is close to many shops and restaurants. Great place to think about living at!
